Abstract
“Zani i Naltë” a scientific and cultural magazine, a publication of the Albanian Muslim Community, had at the end of this autumn its 90-th aniversary of foundation… Like “Hylli i Dritës” and many other good things made by the fathers of Albania independence, with the goal of accompanying and taking care of mental and spiritual recovery of the Albanian nation, “Zani i Naltë” experienced its own tragedy for more than half a century because of the fascist regime, and later, of the communist one. But it did not die, because good and fair things in which are embodied the consciousness and dream for peace and prosperity of the nation, never die. Since its birth, this magazine was defined as the scaffold for the Islamic science, sociology, psychology, literature, history, morality and national literature. It comes out regenerated, with exactly the same sublime aim.

Abstract
Tajwid is the science that deals and analyze in details the reading of Qur’an, the Holy Book letters. It is one of the most deeply analyzed and elaborated sciences over the centuries, due to its importance. The reading of Qur’an is one of the fundamental aspects of a Muslim worship and furthermore, it is a worship act in itself. By this viewpoint, believers have shown a great attention in the theoretical studies and for the practical application of the knowledge that tajwid science offers.

Abstract
The verse: “We will reveal to you (Muhammed) a ponderous (high) word,” contains an important concept that is the concept of settlement and establishment (revelation)…
It was revealed to the Messenger of Allah, and through him, being communicated and interpreted to the other people. This message was revealed by Allah’s help through the passing of this ponderous word to the honoured Prophet (a.s), and through him to the other worlds, and by means of the transmission of this ponderous word through the Prophet’s own being, which caused him tremendous sufferings. Thus, through numerous examples we have managed to express our multidimensional definitions, being able to accept and hear the clarity of the word’s burden of this ponderous message, embodied in the personality of the honored Prophet.

Abstract
During all the course of events that determine the fate of Albania and Albanians throughout history, no doubt, the Albanian Ulamas in the today’s Macedonian territory deserve a respectable place, which should take place in the annals of history, and which is an important part of the Albanian people contribution and glory.
In different circumstances, the Albanian ulema, that in the majority of cases were also teachers in schools of different categories, were distinguished for a dignitous stance, they never allowed the religion become an obstacle in our people’s progress. They understood very well the hadith of our Prophet, which they repeated in wvwry circumnstance, in both languages Arabic and Albanian: “Hubul vatan min el iman” (Love for the country comes from faith). Especially the Renaissance period, which was also an enlightenment movement, aimed at raising national awareness, and influenced religion not hinder, but rather to put itself in service of the nation.

Abstract
Evidence indicates the relationship between names and religious affiliation, especially in the elder portion of the Albanian population. This assumption is supported from studies who analyze the frequency of religious provenience names and their geographical spread. In this study, we built a net of data from admissions at the largest Albanian hospital, split in three historical periods and analyzed the evolution of personal Muslim names use. The fortunate characteristic of Albania is that represents the point of encounter for three religious categories, Muslims, Christian Catholics and Christian Orthodox. What happened and the trend of using Muslim names in the Albanian population is discussed taking in consideration three, well distinguished, historical periods; 1904-1945, 1946-1991, and 1991-2011.

Abstract
As in many regions of Albania, at the end of the XIX century and in the early XX century, the educational and cultural movement in Debar took larger proportions, turning Debar into a determinant territory of the Albanian education widespread in northeastern Albania and in other Albanian provinces.
The prevalence of Albanian schools, the Albanian language learning, the distribution of the Albanian books and newspapers in Debar and its highlands on the eve of the Ottoman constitution and even after this period, was obvious. The educational and cultural movement in Debar had reached a high degree, which led to the creation of a social stratum of educated and aware people, who would become the main support for the Albanian National Movement program’s implementation.

Abstract
When we compare two systems of government, we do this by taking into consideration the principial methods of their functioning, and do not undertake bringing into the light of comparison the distortions that have occurred throughout the history of governments. If we had to get into this impasse, we would have to analyze all dysfunctional democracies in the world today. So, such a comparison doesn’t deal with abnormalities, but focuses in the source and principles on which are buildt the governing concepts of both types.

Abstract
The Muslim intellectual, along with the essential knowledge of Islam and the global views of Islam, along with his combined essential elements, should know that communication and physiognomy of Islam, is dedicated at a broad scale to the cult objects, from where its message has been transmitted and still continues to transmit. According to the well-known Belgian researcher Titus Burchkardt, the study of Islamic arts (including architecture), or whatever other sacred art, can lead to a broader meaning of the deep spiritual realities that lie at the root of an entire human and cosmic world.

Abstract
Notable figures who have left their traces in our nation’s history, will always be recalled with deep respect and gratitude. In recent years they are being more outstanding, re-dimenssioned and are taking the place they deserve. This also happened with Daut Efendi Boriçi (1825-1896), a “Honorable Teacher”, who at his 100-th anniversary of death, was remembered through a scientific activity and through a 88-page edition, published by Shkodra’s Historical Museum.

Abstract
Compared with the other part of the ancient global population, Arabs made a very small minority. A small number of this minority decided to send the “Sword” outside the Arabic desert borders, to the powerful Persian and Roman Empires, to the Mediterranean shores and the Malabar coast and further, in East Indies Islands. All nations one by one surrendered to this “Sword”. It simply acquired the hearts, while the bodies were surrendered automatically.
This is the “Sword” of the Truth, which brightness cancel the lie, exactly like the light cancel the darkness.

Abstract
The publication of the Scientific Conference materials on “The Muslim leaders’ contribution in the formation of national consciousness and identity” (Tirana, 28-29 September 2012), is an important cultural event, because it aims to put in a common denominator the activities of a nation whose religions are not unified with the state that celebrates its 100-th anniversary. With the concept “common denominator”, I understand the Albanian national identity of the three main religions: Muslims, Catholics and Orthodox.
